With a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and customer trust, we are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to strengthen our brand communication across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design engaging creatives for social media, digital campaigns, websites, Whats App campaigns, emailers, and performance marketing.
- Create brochures, flyers, catalogues, presentations, newspaper advertisements, and other print materials.
- Develop branding assets for project launches, exhibitions, corporate events, and sales galleries.
- Design outdoor marketing materials such as hoardings, billboards, banners, kiosks, and signage.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful campaign visuals and branding concepts.
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.
- Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with printing vendors when required.
- Design corporate presentations and pitch decks.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends,



typography, and creative techniques.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent understanding of branding and marketing communication.
- Ability to create premium, clean, and visually appealing designs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative thinking with a problem-solving mindset.

Software Proficiency

- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe After Effects (Preferred)
- Adobe Premiere Pro (Basic knowledge preferred)
- Canva (Positive to have)

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Graphic Designing.
- Experience in the Real Estate industry will be preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print design work.

Compensation

- Salary: Up to 40,000 per month (Depending on experience and portfolio)
