Classroom Management: Set rules, keep order, and guide positive student behavior. Student Assessment: Create, assign, and grade tests, quizzes, and projects. Individual Support: Provide extra help for students who struggle or need advanced work. Parent Communication: Share progress reports and lead parent-teacher meetings. Record Keeping: Track attendance, grades, and developmental milestones. Required Skills and Qualifications Education:



Bachelor’s degree in education or a specific subject area. Certification: Valid state or regional teaching license. Communication: Clear verbal and written skills to explain concepts. Organization: Ability to manage schedules, lesson materials, and records. Patience: Empathy and resilience when working with diverse learners.
Requirements
