This is a full-time in office role for an Implementation Lead at Tripgain Travel and Expense Management Solutions in Bengaluru. The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day tasks related to implementing software solutions for clients.
Qualifications:
- Strong Analytical Skills and Software Implementation experience especially in SAAS products
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in the travel industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
