Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Extend job offers and assist with onboarding procedures.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
- Attend job fairs, networking events,



and campus recruitment events to attract talent.
- Provide regular recruitment reports and metrics to HR leadership.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably with a focus on domestic hiring.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms (e.g., Linked In, Indeed).
- Robust interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively.
