Role Description The Search Engine Optimization Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bachupally. This role is responsible for planning and executing SEO strategies that improve organic visibility, search rankings, and qualified traffic for client websites.
Day-to-day tasks include performing keyword research, conducting SEO audits, optimizing on-page elements such as metadata and content, and monitoring performance using analytics tools. The specialist will manage link-building initiatives, collaborate with content and design teams to implement SEO best practices, and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.




The role also involves staying current with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends to continuously refine strategies.
Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in keyword research and on-page SEO, including metadata optimization, content structuring, and internal linking.
- Experience conducting comprehensive SEO audits to identify technical, content, and structural issues affecting search performance.
- Practical knowledge of link-building strategies and off-page SEO to improve domain authority and search rankings.
- Ability to use web analytics and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar) to track, analyze, and report on performance.
- Solid understanding of technical SEO concepts such as site speed, mobile responsiveness, crawlability, and indexation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into explicit recommendations.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with content, design, and marketing teams.
- Relevant experience in SEO within an agency or in-house environment; a degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is an advantage.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with SEO best practices, tools, and algorithm changes.
