Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using modern backend frameworks (e.g., Python, Node.js, Java, or PHP).
- Database Management: Design efficient database schemas, write optimized SQL queries, and work with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Deploy and manage backend services on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), using containerization (Docker) and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform).
- Performance & Scalability: Optimize code, workflows, and database queries for high performance and scalability.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Implement unit, integration, and load testing, ensuring high-quality and maintainable code.
- Security & Compliance: Follow best practices in application security, data protection,



and compliance.
- Collaboration & Mentorship: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior engineers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Robust programming skills in backend languages (Python, Java, Node.js, or PHP).
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
