Functional Reporting: ITRole : MIS L1 Location: Administrative Reporting: ITRole Purpose The position serves the following purpose

- Interact and work closely with management, internal stakeholders & clients to understand the business information needs
- Provide timely, accurate and quality MIS reports, dashboards to the external & internal stakeholders of account(s) as per the defined process and standards of security and compliance

Areas Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities Key Deliverables

- Prepare timely and accurate MIS reports and dashboards as required by the stakeholders
- Ensuring all reports & dashboards are prepared as per stakeholder requirements as per the desired frequency (weekly/ monthly/quarterly)
- Ensure regular review with the MIS Team Lead for 100% accuracy before populating any customized dashboard or generating any customized report
- Track and follow up with relevant stakeholder for timely update and data management of parameters (key SLA metrics such as run-rate etc.)
- Generate account level reports (billable and non-billable) on forecasting, scheduling (both onshore and offshore) and performance against SLAs, CSAT, and Quality etc.
- Ensure zero non-compliances on process audit on data security and compliance
- Support and adopt tools and systems for productive MIS generation and reporting system
- Continuous support to the manager in rolling out new techniques and initiatives to increase productivity
- Providing update to the manager on the progress of any new MIS initiatives
- Perform periodic maintenance and servicing of MIS system to improve operational efficiency
- Adopt new tools, technology solutions and develop capability through training to improve own productivity.
- Develop analytical skills and understanding of statistical analysis to suggest improvement in the quality of analysis




- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for collation and accuracy of data
- Provide timely assistance in case of an escalation and support resolution of escalation/ issues
- Responsible for developing and supporting the planning, design, and execution of test plans, test scripts, and process plans for projects
- Work closely with various departments to perform and validate test cases based on quality requirements, and recommend changes to predetermined quality guidelines
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and have analytical and problem-solving abilities

Key Activities

- MIS management and reporting includes Quality of analysis with zero Errors in report
- Zero non-conformance on timelines with respect to the client/stakeholder requirements
- Customised dashboards as per client and functional requirements

Key Interactions Internal Nature Interact with all required stakeholders of and IT for reporting purpose

External RCP, Vendors, IT Service Providers

- Report relevant to the external vendor or service providers

Role Requirements Educational Qualifications

- B Tech / BE or equivalent. Degree in IT would be preferable

Experience (Type & Nature)

- Minimum 2-4 years of experience with MIS reporting
- Excellent knowledge with MS Office and reporting tools to pull-push the data for reporting purpose
- Prior experience is data analysis and report structuring

Skills & Technical Competencies

- Ability to manage the reports on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly basis.
- Should be Yellow belt certified to understand and share the quality analysis
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Readiness to demonstrate a proactive attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
