About The Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Trainee Engineers from the 2026 graduating batch who are eager to build a career in Enterprise IT Infrastructure and Digital Transformation.

This role provides an excellent opportunity to work with industry-leading technologies across Cloud, Networking, Security, Virtualization, Infrastructure, Storage, and Data Protection. Candidates will undergo structured training, work alongside experienced technical professionals, and gain hands-on exposure to enterprise customer environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist senior technical teams in project implementation, deployment, and support activities.
- Learn enterprise technologies across cloud, infrastructure, networking, virtualization, and security domains.
- Participate in structured technical training, workshops, and certification programs.
- Support installation, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of enterprise IT solutions.
- Work on infrastructure implementation and customer support projects.
- Maintain documentation and follow standard operating procedures.




- Collaborate with internal technical teams and customers to ensure timely project execution.
- Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and a strong willingness to learn new technologies.
- Continuously upgrade technical knowledge through training and certifications.

Required Skills

- Strong interest in Enterprise IT Infrastructure and Digital Technologies.
- Basic understanding of networking, operating systems, cloud computing, or infrastructure concepts.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Comfortable travelling to client locations whenever required.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts based on project requirements.

Compensation & Training

- Training / Probation Period: 3 Months
- Upon successful completion of the training period, candidates will be absorbed as full-time employees based on performance and business requirements.
