CNC Turning Operator

- Operate CNC Turning machines to manufacture precision components as per engineering drawings.
- Perform machine setup, tool offset adjustments, and tool changes.
- Monitor machining operations to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Inspect finished components using measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, and Bore Gauge.
- Follow safety standards and carry out routine machine maintenance.

HMC Operator (Horizontal Machining Center)

- Set up and operate HMC machines for precision machining of metal components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and process sheets.
- Perform tool setting, offset corrections, and machine parameter adjustments.
- Inspect machined parts to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and follow safety procedures.

VMC Operator (Vertical Machining Center)

- Operate VMC machines to produce components as per technical drawings.
- Perform machine setup, tool loading, and offset adjustments.
- Monitor machining processes and make necessary corrections.
- Check finished components using precision measuring instruments.
- Ensure proper machine maintenance and adherence to safety guidelines.

Surface Grinder Machine Operator





- Operate surface grinding machines to achieve accurate dimensions and surface finish.
- Set up workpieces and grinding wheels according to job requirements.
- Measure and inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools.
- Perform routine maintenance and keep the machine in valuable working condition.
- Follow quality standards and workplace safety practices.

EDM Wire Cut Machine Operator

- Operate EDM Wire Cut machines for precision cutting of metal components.
- Set up jobs, fixtures, and machining parameters as per drawings.
- Monitor cutting operations and ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments and quality standards.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and maintain production records.

Horizontal Boring Machine Operator

- Operate Horizontal Boring Machines to machine large and heavy components.
