The ideal candidate will be responsible for coaching cross-functional teams, removing impediments, managing dependencies, supporting Product Owners, tracking Agile metrics, and ensuring successful Program Increment (PI) Planning and execution. The role requires close collaboration with multiple PODs, stakeholders, Product Owners, and Release Train Engineers (RTEs) to drive high-quality product delivery in a fast-paced enterprise environment.Key Responsibilities : - Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.- Drive Agile delivery across cross-functional teams and multiple PODs.- Support and facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning and execution in a SAFe environment.- Facilitate Scrum of Scrums (SoS) and coordinate across teams to manage dependencies.- Coach teams on Agile, Scrum, Lean-Agile, and SAFe principles.- Act as a servant leader and enable teams to become self-organizing and high-performing.- Identify, track, and remove impediments impacting team delivery.- Support Product Owners with Product Backlog management, refinement, prioritization, and readiness.- Manage cross-team dependencies, risks,



and issues using appropriate Agile practices such as ROAM.- Support sprint planning, capacity planning, estimation, and delivery forecasting.- Track and communicate Agile metrics, including velocity, burndown, flow metrics, and delivery KPIs.- Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, feedback loops, and Lean-Agile practices.- Collaborate with RTEs, Product Owners, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery.- Support release planning, CI/CD, and release management activities in collaboration with technical teams.- Resolve conflicts, facilitate discussions, and proactively address delivery challenges.- Ensure transparency across teams through effective communication, reporting, and Agile dashboards.Required Skills : - Strong experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.- Hands-on experience in SAFe / Scaled Agile environments.- Strong knowledge of Scrum ceremonies and Agile delivery practices.- Experience with Program Increment (PI) Planning.- Experience facilitating Scrum of Scrums (SoS).- Robust understanding of Product Backlog Management and Refinement.- Experience in dependency, risk, and impediment management.- Strong Agile coaching, mentoring,

Rally- Strong understanding of Agile metrics, flow metrics, burndown charts, OKRs, and KPIs.- Good understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and Release Management.- Familiarity with version control tools such as GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.- Strong conflict resolution, problem-solving, communication, and facilitation skills.Required Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.- 310 years of overall experience, with 4+ years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master in Agile/SAFe environments.- Experience working with multiple PODs and enterprise-scale Agile delivery teams.- Experience facilitating Scrum of Scrums and PI Planning.- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile project management tools.- CSM, PSM, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent Agile certification is preferred.Preferred Candidate Profile : - Strong servant-leadership mindset with the ability to coach and influence without direct authority.- Experience working in large-scale enterprise Agile environments.- Strong understanding of Agile transformation and Lean-Agile practices.- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and competing priorities.- Excellent communication and facilitation skills with strong ownership of delivery outcomes.
