Position : Product Manager / Associate Product ManagerLocation : ChennaiRoles and Responsibilities : - Develop and own product roadmaps; manage the complete product lifecycle from strategy to launch.- Gather and define product requirements aligned with business objectives.- Collaborate with Design and Engineering teams to create high-quality Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and manage release scope.- Partner with Sales, Engineering, Product Marketing, and Leadership for ideation, prioritization,



and execution.- Conduct quantitative analysis and market research to identify customer needs and market opportunities.- Analyze market and competitor data to define and enhance product features.- Monitor user metrics and customer feedback post-launch; drive continuous improvements.- Prepare training and support documentation for internal and external stakeholders.Requirements : - 3-6 years of relevant experience in Product Management or related roles.- Strong technical background (preferred : Developer background with solid technical foundation) or prior Product experience.- Ability to think strategically and build long-term product vision.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.- Solid problem-solving and analytical capabilities.- Good understanding of technical architecture and financial impact of product decisions.
