As the senior-most technology leader in India, you will build and lead high-performing engineering teams across Technology, Digital, Platforms, Data and Enterprise Engineering, while partnering closely with global technology leaders to deliver enterprise technology initiatives. Beyond technology delivery, you will establish contemporary engineering practices, build leadership capability, champion AI-enabled software development, drive operational excellence and create an engineering culture that positions the India centre as a strategic hub of technology excellence rather than a traditional delivery organisation.
