Develop and execute salesstrategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence. Workclosely with senior leadership to manage client relationships andexplore new business opportunities. Develop and implement salesplans, setting targets and objectives for the team. Oversee dailysales activities, ensuring that the team meets its KPIs and goals.Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies to capitalize onnew opportunities and market demands. Lead, mentor, and motivatethe sales team, guiding sales techniques and best practices.Conduct regular performance evaluations, offer feedback, and createdevelopment plans for team members.



Manage resource allocation,ensuring that the team has the tools and support needed to succeed.Build and maintain relationships with key clients, working toretain existing business and generate new revenue streams. Identifypotential partnerships and new business opportunities throughnetworking, research, and industry events. Negotiate contracts andclose high-value deals with strategic clients and partners.Skilled Skills: Strong knowledge of sales techniques, accountmanagement, and business development strategies. Proficiency in CRMmanagement, pipeline forecasting, and sales analytics. Strongnegotiation skills, with the ability to close complex deals andsecure long-term contracts. Cyber security sales preferred PersonalSkills: Leadership and team management skills to guide and inspirethe sales team. Strong interpersonal and communication skills forclient management and business negotiations. Analytical skills totrack sales performance and identify areas forimprovement.
