CRM Business Partner and CRM Sales KeyResponsibilities Work as an SAP CRM 7.0 Functional Consultantsupporting ongoing projects and enhancements. Lead/participate inrequirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, anddeployment activities in SAP CRM. Own and drive solutions in theCRM Business Partner and CRM Sales areas, ensuring alignment withbusiness processes and compliance requirements. Interact closelywith business stakeholders to understand pain points, proposebest-practice solutions, and prepare functional specifications forany developments or integrations. Configure and support CRMbusiness processes including prospect management, ordermanagement, activities, and related master data. Coordinate withtechnical teams (ABAP/PI/Integration) for developments, interfaces,and issue resolution. Perform functional testing, systemintegration testing, and support UAT; handle defect analysis andresolution within agreed SLAs. Prepare and maintain processdocumentation, configuration documents, and user trainingmaterials. Provide post go-live support,



analyze incidents, anddrive continuous improvement in CRM processes. Provide applicationsupport, including incident analysis, root cause identification,and permanent fixes for recurring issues. Mandatory Skills Stronghands-on experience with SAP CRM 7.0 as a Functional Consultant.Deep expertise in: CRM Business Partner (BP roles, BPrelationships, BP grouping, number ranges, integration with ECC ifapplicable). CRM Sales processes (opportunities, quotations, salesorders, activities, partner functions, pricing basics, etc.). Solidunderstanding of CRM organizational model, master data, and commonsales-related configuration. Very strong communication skills inEnglish, with the ability to interact directly with business usersand global stakeholders. Ability to work independently with minimalsupervision, manage priorities, and communicate status and risksproactively.
