Job Title: Recruiter (GCC Experience Required) We arelooking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join ourgrowing team remotely . If you have a passion for talentacquisition and hands-on experience hiring within Gulf markets,we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: -Manage the fullrecruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding. -Identify andattract top talent through various sourcing channels. -Conductscreening calls and in-depth interviews. -Coordinate with hiringmanagers to understand hiring needs and job requirements. -Buildand maintain a strong talent pipeline. -Ensure a smooth andpositive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.-Handle job postings, CV screening,



and candidate shortlisting.-Maintain recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.Requirements: -1–3 years of proven experience in recruitment.-Previous experience hiring in GCC countries is a must. -Strongunderstanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.-Pervious Experience in Using ATS. -Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills. -Ability to work in a fast-paced,target-driven environment. -Fluency in English. -Bachelor’s degreein HR, Business Administration, or related field.
