Founders areIIT and IIM Graduates with over 3 decades of experience betweenthem Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate ApplicationEngineer with 1–3 years of experience in creating custom solutions,particularly within AI or deep tech companies. This role focuses ondeveloping and deploying AI/ML applications, collaborating withteams to craft tailored solutions and driving impactful results forclients. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in AI/MLframeworks and backend technologies, combined with a desire tolearn and deliver innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities: 1.Custom Solution Development: Design and implement custom AI/MLapplications to meet custom requirements. Collaborate withcross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutionsinto client systems. 2. AI/ML Application Engineering: Work ondeploying AI/ML models and maintaining scalable applications.Optimize performance and functionality of AI-based solutions forreal-world use cases. Research and implement machine learningalgorithms and tools. 3. Technical Implementation: Build andmaintain backend systems to support AI applications. Utilize AI/MLframeworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch etc.) to deliver cutting-edgesolutions. 4.



Collaboration and Communication: Work closely withproduct managers, data scientists and engineers to deliverhigh-quality solutions. Ensure transparent communication of technicaldesigns and progress with stakeholders. 5. Continuous Learning andInnovation: Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML andbackend technologies. Experiment with new tools and methodologiesto improve solution delivery. Skills and Qualifications:Experience: 1–3 years in designing and delivering custom solutions,preferably in AI or deep tech environments. Technical Skills:Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch andscikit-learn. Good understanding of AI/ML model deployment, datapipelines and backend architectures. Strong backend developmentskills with experience in Python, Java or similar programminglanguages. Knowledge of data structures, data modeling, basicalgorithms and object-oriented and functional design principles.Experience in working with cloud environments such as AWS, GoogleCloud, Azure etc. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving andanalytical abilities. Eagerness to learn, innovate and deliverimpactful results. Education: Bachelor's degree in ComputerScience, Engineering or a related field. Advanced certifi cationsin AI/ML are a plus.
