Job Summary: We are currently seeking a highlymotivated and customer-oriented Ground Staff to join our team inChandigarh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assistingwith the day-to-day operations at the airport, ensuring the safetyand comfort of our passengers, and providing exceptional customerservice. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at thecheck-in counter, boarding gate, and baggage claim area - Checkpassengers' tickets, passports, and other necessary documents -Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flightschedules, delays, and other travel-related inquiries - Ensure thesafety and security of passengers by following all airport andairline regulations - Handle and resolve any customer complaints orissues in a professional and timely manner - Assist with theboarding process and help passengers find their seats - Coordinatewith other ground staff, flight crew, and airport personnel toensure smooth operations - Conduct pre-flight and post-flightinspections to ensure the cleanliness and safety of the aircraft -Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or managerQualifications and Skills:



- High school diploma or equivalent -Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability towork in a fast-paced and agile environment - Strongproblem-solving and decision-making skills - Must be able to workflexible hours, including weekends and holidays - Must bephysically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds - Knowledge oflocal languages and customs is an asset - Must be willing toundergo a background check and obtain necessary security clearancesContract Details: This is a full-time position with competitivesalary and benefits package. The selected candidate will berequired to work 40 hours per week, including weekends andholidays. The contract will be for a period of one year, with thepossibility of extension based on performance.
