As a member of our ground staff team, youwill be responsible for providing excellent customer service andensuring the safe and efficient operation of the airport. KeyResponsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in,boarding gates, and baggage claim areas - Handle passengerinquiries and provide information about flight schedules, delays,and other airport services - Ensure the safety and security ofpassengers by following all airport regulations and procedures -Assist with the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo ontoaircraft - Conduct pre-flight and post-flight checks to ensure thecleanliness and safety of the aircraft - Coordinate with otherairport staff, including pilots, cabin crew, and ground crew,
toensure smooth and timely operations - Handle and resolve customercomplaints and issues in a professional and timely manner -Maintain accurate records of passenger and cargo information -Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as local andinternational aviation regulations - Continuously strive to improvecustomer service and operational efficiency Qualifications: - Highschool diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamicenvironment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills -Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects - Willingness towork flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays - Previousexperience in customer service, aviation, or hospitality ispreferred but not required Contract Details: This is a full-timeposition with competitive salary and perks.
