Responsibilities Asa Junior Talent Sourcer for Business Functions, you will supportour global Talent Acquisition team in identifying and engaging toptalent across functions such as Marketing, Sales, Finance, andcorporate roles. You will work closely with recruiters and hiringmanagers to build strong talent pipelines and contribute to hiringsuccess in a fast-paced, international environment. This role isideal for someone with initial sourcing or recruiting experiencelooking to further develop their expertise. Drive sourcingactivities for non-technical roles (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Finance,HR) across regions Proactively identify and engage candidatesthrough channels such as LinkedIn, talent databases,
