About Company: Arthan is a social enterprise focusedon talent and leadership in the social impact sector. We work withNGOs, foundations, impact funds, and social enterprises acrossIndia and Asia to help them hire the right people and buildstronger, more inclusive organisations. Our work spans executivesearch, talent consulting, thought leadership, and ecosystembuilding. We are not just a placement firm — we're building thetalent and leadership infrastructure of the social impact sector. That means identifying gaps, connecting practitioners acrossnetworks, convening sector actors, and strengthening howorganisations approach talent and leadership development, particularly around gender equity and inclusion as well as buildingthe capacity of the impact ecosystem through our thought leadershipwork in terms of research and knowledge dissemination throughconvenings and ecosystem engagements. The Role: This is a strategicbusiness development and relationship management role operating atthe heart of Arthan's growth and ecosystem-building work.
