You will also beresponsible for ensuring the safety and security of all passengersand their belongings. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcomepassengers in a friendly and professional manner - Check-inpassengers and their baggage - Provide information and assistanceto passengers regarding flight schedules, boarding procedures,



andairport facilities - Ensure the safety and security of allpassengers and their belongings - Assist passengers with specialneeds or requests - Handle passenger complaints and providesolutions in a timely manner - Coordinate with other airport staffto ensure smooth and efficient operations - Keep the airportterminal clean and organized - Follow all safety and securityprocedures at all times - Handle cash and credit card transactionsfor airport services - Perform other duties as assigned by thesupervisor Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent -Previous experience in customer service is preferred - Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in afast-paced and dynamic workplace - Good problem-solving skills -Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends,and holidays - Must be physically fit and able to stand for longperiods of time - Must be able to pass a background check and drugtest - Fluency in English is required, knowledge of other languagesis a plus If you are a team player with a passion for providingexceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!
