They uncover the unseen drivers ofhealth - peoples beliefs, barriers, and behaviours - and transformthat intelligence into scalable products that enable healthcareorganizations to drive impact, reduce costs, and advance equity.Role and Responsibilites: Develop compelling communicationsmaterials and data visualizations for diverse audiences includingpitch decks, concept notes, and findings summaries Support projectexecution including coordination across cross-functional teams,leading the development of surveys and compelling narratives forour clients, overseeing data collection, translating data intoactionable insights, and other project management. Analyzescientific literature and healthcare landscape to developcompelling proposals and inform recommendations on how theorganization's analysis and products can support achievement ofclient goals, health outcomes, and health equity. Support businessdevelopment efforts by identifying and pursuing opportunities,contributing to proposals, and developing compelling materials toshowcase the organization's unique value.



Coordinate with andmanage partners including local implementation data collectionpartners to ensure project deliverables are executed with highquality and impact About you: Bachelors degree from a top-tierinstitution or equivalent experience 2-5 years of experience withinhealthcare, consulting, or innovative data-focused public healthPrevious work using data to understand key challenges and developsolutions Strong project management skills. Has a sense ofownership over project completion and a bias towards action. Isdetail oriented, and is a good team player who can work acrosscross-functional teams Strong critical and strategic thinker withdeep intellectual curiosity for what we do Resilient andoutcome-focused in managing complex client needs in anever-changing landscape. You can work with a dynamic range ofstakeholders and successfully manage partnerships Strong writtenand verbal communications skills.
