Role : QA Automation Tester(PLM) Exp Range : 8 to 10years Work Location : Bangalore(Hybrid) Job Description We arelooking for an experienced QA Automation Tester with expertise inPLM and Centric applications to join our team. The candidate shouldhave strong experience in Retail Product Lifecycle Management andbe able to collaborate with product and technical teams to deliverhigh-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities Act as a CentricApplication expert with strong knowledge of Retail ProductLifecycle Management (PLM) processes. Work closely with productteams to understand business requirements and define effectivesolutions. Collaborate with technical teams to provide solutionoptions and feasibility on the Centric PLM platform. Participate asa senior-level consultant in Agile teams and effectively work withdistributed/global teams. Partner with the Product Manager todefine and validate the Definition of Done (DoD). Performconfiguration, testing,
and validation of Centric PLM solutions.Develop and maintain automation frameworks and test cases for PLMapplications. Ensure quality assurance best practices are followedacross the project lifecycle. Required Skills 8–10 years ofexperience in QA Automation / Software Testing. Strong experiencewith Centric PLM configuration and testing. Knowledge of RetailProduct Lifecycle processes. Experience working in Agile/Scrumenvironments. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional anddistributed teams.
