Job Overview: We are currently hiring for the positionof Airport Ground Staff for fresher's to join our team inPathankot, Punjab. As an Airport Ground Staff, you will beresponsible for assisting with the efficient and safe handling ofpassengers and their baggage at the airport. You will play acrucial role in ensuring a seamless travel experience for ourcustomers. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers atcheck-in counters, security checkpoints, and boarding gates -Handle check-in procedures, including issuing boarding passes,checking passports, and collecting baggage fees - Ensure compliancewith airline and airport security procedures - Assist passengerswith special needs, such as unaccompanied minors, elderlypassengers, and passengers with disabilities - Handle lost andfound items and assist with baggage claim procedures - Provideinformation and assistance to passengers regarding flightschedules, delays, and cancellations - Handle customer inquiriesand complaints in a professional and courteous manner - Collaboratewith other airport staff, including ground crew, cabin crew,



andair traffic controllers, to ensure a smooth operation - Maintain aclean and organized work area at all times - Adhere to all safetyand security regulations at the airport - Perform any other dutiesas assigned by the supervisor or manager Qualifications: - Highschool diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customerservice skills - Ability to work in a quick-paced and dynamicenvironment - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask -Basic computer skills - Ability to work flexible hours, includingweekends and holidays - Must be physically fit and able to liftheavy baggage if required - Prior experience in the aviationindustry is a plus, but not required Contract Details: This is afull-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.The selected candidate will be required to work 40 hours per week,including weekends and holidays. The contract will be for a periodof one year, with the possibility of extension based onperformance.
