This is a work from office opportunity, based at office at Infantry Road, Bengaluru. Monday to Friday 5 days a week. 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. We are looking at BCom or MCom with 3-5 years of experience. our work and services at SkyBlue Group – www.skybluegroup.com I SkyBlue Cinematix – www.skybluecinematix.com Job Overview To maintain a robust accounting framework across three group entities, ensuring 100% statutory compliance, while providing critical financial insights and assistance in core finance functions to support business growth. Key Responsibilities 1. End-to-End Accounting & Financial Reporting Multi-Entity Bookkeeping: Manage day-to-day accounting (AP/AR, General Ledger) for the three entities of the group. Record daily vouchers, bank entries, and journal adjustments with high precision in Tally Prime/Oracle. Inter-company Reconciliation: Execute monthly reconciliations of inter-unit balances and transactions to ensure zero discrepancies. Maintain the Fixed Asset Register (FAR) and record monthly depreciations. 2. Statutory Compliance & Taxation Tax Filings: Assist in the periodic filings for GST (GSTR-1, 3B, 9) and TDS returns. Audit Management: Preparing all necessary schedules and documentation. Legal Compliance: Ensure timely payments of PF, ESI, and other local statutory dues. 3. Advanced Finance Functions Budgeting & Variance Analysis: Collate data to assist in preparing annual budgets Cash Flow Forecasting: Monitor daily bank balances and prepare weekly cash flow projections. Expense Control: Verify employee reimbursements and invoices against company policy Banking Relations: Assist in preparing documents for bank facilities Candidate Profile Experience: 3–5 years in a core accounting & finance role (Experience with group companies/multiple branches is a plus). Education: B.Com/M.Com/Inter-CA. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally Prime, Oracle. Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, sumifs, etc). Deep understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax laws and accounting standards Soft Skills: High integrity, ability to multitask between different company books, and strong analytical thinking.
