We are currently seeking a highly motivated andcustomer-oriented individual to join our team as an AirportCustomer Service Executive. As an Airport Customer ServiceExecutive, you will be responsible for providing exceptionalservice to passengers and ensuring a smooth and efficient travelexperience. You will be the first point of contact for passengers,assisting them with check-in, baggage handling, and boardingprocedures. You will also handle any customer inquiries orcomplaints and provide timely and effective solutions. KeyResponsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at the airportcheck-in counters - Process passenger tickets and handle baggagecheck-in - Ensure compliance with all airport security and safetyregulations - Provide information and assistance to passengersregarding flight schedules, delays, and cancellations - Handlecustomer inquiries and complaints in a skilled and timelymanner - Liaise with other airport departments and airlines toensure a smooth travel experience for passengers - Handle anyspecial requests or accommodations for passengers,



such aswheelchair assistance or special meals - Assist with boardingprocedures and ensure all passengers are boarded on time - Maintaina high level of customer service at all times - Handle cash andcredit card transactions for ticket sales and excess baggage fees -Keep accurate records of all transactions and passenger information- Handle any other duties as assigned by the Airport Manager.Requirements: - Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent -Previous customer service experience, preferably in the aviationindustry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Ability to handle stressful situations and difficult customers withpatience and professionalism - Strong problem-solving skills andability to think on your feet - Basic computer skills and knowledgeof ticketing systems - Willingness to work in a shift-basedschedule, including weekends and holidays - Must be physically fitand able to lift up to 50 pounds - Fluency in English and knowledgeof other languages is a plus - Must have a positive attitude and astrong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
