This is a hands-onleadership role: you set the bar, you clear the bottlenecks, andyou make the work good. If you have an agency background and knowwhat it takes to run a high-output studio without losing quality,this might be worth your time. What you'll own End-to-end creativeoutput across all verticals - from brief to final delivery, thestudio's work is yours to stand behind. A team of designers andcontent writers. Hiring, developing, and managing them day-to-dayfalls on you. Brand consistency across everything that goes out -you know the guidelines, you enforce them, and you make independentcalls when briefs are ambiguous. Studio capacity and workloadplanning - who's doing what, when, and flagging problems beforethey become missed deadlines. The process itself: briefing, reviewcycles, feedback loops, quality checks.



If the workflow is broken,fixing it is part of the job. Stakeholder accountability -timelines, dependencies, and expectations managed proactively, notreactively. What we're looking for Agency or design studiobackground - you understand creative production under pressure andyou've managed people through it. Robust communicator. You can givea clear brief, take difficult feedback, and explain a creativedecision to a non-creative stakeholder without losing the plot.Comfortable stepping in as an individual contributor when there's abottleneck - this isn't a role where you hand off and wait.
