You'llspend 70% of your time working within these departments on policyimplementation and research, and 30% on field visits to districtsfor program monitoring and stakeholder engagement. KeyResponsibilities Manage relationships with government departmentsand stakeholders Support policy implementation and research forEarly Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) programs Conduct dataanalysis and prepare reports for government stakeholders Overseeproject implementation across districts in Rajasthan Make quarterlyfield visits to 2-3 districts for program launches and eventsAssist with budget planning and management for ECCE initiativesDraft formal communications in Hindi and English RequiredQualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in PublicAdministration, Social Sciences, Education, Management, or relatedfield (Master's preferred) Experience:
