Job Description: As anAirport Ground Staff, you will be responsible for assistingpassengers at the airport before and after their flight. You willwork closely with the airline crew and other ground staff to ensurea smooth and effective operation. Key Responsibilities: - Greet andassist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and baggageclaim areas - Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaintsin a professional and courteous manner - Check and verify traveldocuments, such as passports and boarding passes - Assistpassengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors ordisabled passengers - Coordinate with the airline crew to ensuretimely departure and arrival of flights - Monitor and maintain thecleanliness and safety of the airport terminal - Handle and processbaggage, including loading and unloading from aircraft - Provideaccurate flight information to passengers and make announcementswhen necessary - Assist with the boarding process,



includingchecking boarding passes and directing passengers to the correctgate - Handle cash and credit card transactions for excess baggagefees and other services - Follow all safety and security proceduresto ensure the safety of passengers and airport staff - Performother duties as assigned by the Airport Manager or Supervisor.Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellentcommunication and customer service skills - Ability to work in afast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving anddecision-making skills - Ability to work flexible schedules,including weekends and holidays - Physically fit and able to liftheavy baggage, stand for long periods, and work in various weatherconditions - Basic computer skills and knowledge of airlinereservation systems is an asset - Previous experience in theairline or hospitality industry is preferred.
