Position: Regional Growth Partnerships Manager(APAC) Location: APAC (Japan, South Korea, India, Malaysia) Workmodel: Remote Employment type: Service Agreement/Self-employment(no Employment contract option available) RESPONSIBILITIES:Identify and engage high-potential partners including IntroducingBrokers (IBs), affiliate partners, trading communities, financialinfluencers, and strategic distribution partners to expand theregional partnership ecosystem Leverage existing client portfoliosand skilled relationships to introduce and develop partnershipopportunities within the fintech and financial trading sector Buildand manage a structured pipeline of regional partners whileactively participating in local business communities, networkingevents, and professional ecosystems Represent the organisationwithin the regional financial and entrepreneurial landscape tostrengthen brand visibility and market credibility Presentpartnership models and revenue opportunities to prospectivepartners while structuring mutually beneficial collaborationagreements Convert established business relationships into scalableaffiliate structures and long-term partnership frameworks Generatenet deposits and trading volume through partner networks whiledriving partner activation, engagement,
and retention Buildpredictable and sustainable monthly trading volume through ongoingpartner development and relationship management Develop multi-tieraffiliate and Sub-IB network structures that support long-termregional ecosystem growth Align local market development strategieswith the organisation's global partnership architecture andexpansion Act as a regional growth leader by mentoring emergingpartnership leaders and providing market insights to support globalscaling strategies. REQUIREMENTS: Professional working proficiencyin English (C1), both oral and written. Proven experience inbusiness development, partnerships, or revenue-generatingcommercial roles Strong networking capabilities with an existingportfolio of clients, investors, or strategic partners.Demonstrated success in building and monetizing relationship-drivenbusiness opportunities. Experience expanding markets or developingpartnership ecosystems. Entrepreneurial mindset with strongcommercial awareness and strategic thinking. Excellent negotiation,deal-structuring, and relationship-management skills. Strongcommunication skills and professional presence when engaging seniorstakeholders.
