Duties andResponsibilities: Assist the Assembly Manager in supervisingassembly operators, task allocation, and schedule adherence.Support optimization of assembly processes ensuring compliance withaerospace standards and specifications. Help troubleshoot assemblyissues related to machining tolerances and parts integration(5-axis, CNC, VMC). Participate in quality control checks andimplement corrective actions.
Promote continuous improvementinitiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste. Supporttraining and development of assembly personnel. Ensure compliancewith company safety procedures and HSE practices. Coordinate withengineering, quality, production planning, and supply chain.Maintain assembly documentation, production reports, and qualitymetrics. Requirements: ~7 years experience in aerospace assembly,including 2–3 years in a supervisory or lead role. Practicalknowledge of 5-axis machining, CNC, and VMC. Solid teammanagement, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability toread and apply technical drawings and documentation.
