About the Role: You will become the lead architect forgrowing our current lead generations systems for our 2026objective. Specifically, we want to grow our offers from a handful,to at least 100 by the end of 2026. We will need you as the guidingforce in automating our marketing to pull this off. You'll work incollaboration with our Senior Marketing Generalists to focus theirtime on where it counts. You'll also be part of our internal techteam, because ultimately the data and leads will be populated intoour existing custom CRM. Your primary objective is to build andmaintain the marketing infrastructure that allows us to scale fromfive offers to over 100 by the end of the year. You won't be just"running ads"—you will be building the machines and systems thathelp the marketing team run more ads, create better ads, test moreads, and iterate more marketing funnels, faster, more efficiently,and with less mistakes. Responsibilities: Workflow Orchestration:Design and deploy complex automations that connect our custom CRM,ad platforms, funnel softwares, landing pages, payment processors,and other systems. Turn it into a well oiled, highly functioningrevenue machine. AI Implementation: Integrate LLMs and AI agentsinto our daily operations to automate creative drafting, dataanalysis, and customer interactions. Systemic Optimization: Insteadof manually A/B testing each step in a funnel, you will buildsystems that automatically initiates "Challenger vs. Champion"tests across all 100 offers, across all levels of the marketingfunnel. Rapid Deployment: Build "offer templates" that allow a newproduct to go from concept to live-market testing with less than 10total human hours required. Data Architecture: Ensure that LTV,ROAS, as well as our own custom metrics like lead value, aretracked accurately, providing real-time analytics for analysis. AIleverage: Expert level understanding on how to use AI agents andsystems to leverage time, tasks, and marketing duties.Qualifications: Proven Systems Experience: 1+ years experiencebuilding complex automations. Technical Proficiency: Expert levelin Make.com/Zapier , Claude Code, Codex, AI Prompt Engineering, APIintegrations, Google Workspace/Apps Script - OR WHATEVER YOU'LLNEED TO GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT. Strategic Thinking: Ability to lookat a 100-offer goal and identify the "bottlenecks" that requireautomation before they materialize. Attention to Detail: In anautonomous system, one broken link can ruin 100 funnels. You mustbe meticulous and detail oriented in your work. Adaptability: TheAI landscape changes constantly.
