Job Title: Maintenance Manager – Oil Refinery PlantLocation: United Arab Emirates Experience: 7–10 YearsQualification: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering JobDescription: We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager tolead maintenance operations in our oil refinery plant. Thecandidate will be responsible for planning and executing preventiveand corrective maintenance activities, ensuring high equipmentreliability, minimizing downtime, and maintaining compliance withsafety and environmental standards. Key Responsibilities: Managemaintenance of refinery equipment including pumps, compressors,boilers, motors, pipelines, and rotating equipment. Supervisemechanical, electrical, welding, fabrication, commissioning, andtroubleshooting activities. Develop and implement preventive andpredictive maintenance programs. Lead and mentor the maintenanceteam to achieve operational excellence.



Coordinate with operationsand engineering teams to maximize plant reliability. Ensurecompliance with HSE regulations and maintain maintenance recordsand reports. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in MechanicalEngineering. 7–10 years of maintenance experience in an oilrefinery or petrochemical plant. Solid knowledge of refineryequipment, welding, fabrication, mechanical and electricalmaintenance. Hands-on experience in commissioning, troubleshooting,and shutdown maintenance. Strong leadership, communication, andproblem-solving skills. Age: 35–40 years. Medically fit to work ina refinery environment. Benefits: Competitive salary (based onexperience).
