Hiring: Senior Consultant – Business Analyst (Japanese Bilingual | Insurance Domain) Preferred Locations: Pune & Gurgaon (Open to other USI locations) Role: Senior Consultant – Business Analyst Experience: 6–9 Years Budget: Up to ₹25 LPA Work Mode: Hybrid (Minimum 2 days/week from office) Shift: Rotational Interview Process: 2 Virtual Rounds Are you a seasoned Business Analyst with strong Japanese language proficiency and expertise in the Insurance domain ? We are looking for talented professionals who can bridge business and technology while driving successful project delivery in an Agile setting. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS). Work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and QA to ensure seamless requirement implementation. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe delivery models. Analyze insurance business processes related to Policy Administration and Claims Management. Manage requirement changes and prioritize deliverables in dynamic project environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery. Must-Have Skills 6–9 years of Business Analysis experience.



Mandatory JLPT N2 or above certification with bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English . Strong experience in BRD, FSD, SRS, use cases, and requirement documentation. Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe). Strong domain knowledge in the Insurance industry , with expertise in Policy Administration and Claims Management . Experience with Jira , Azure DevOps , Confluence , Visio , and Tableau . Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Good-to-Have Skills Exposure to GenAI tools for user story creation and requirement generation. Experience handling evolving project scope using structured prioritization techniques. Strong stakeholder management experience across business and technical teams. Knowledge of data visualization and process modelling using Tableau or Visio. Why Join?
