Job DescriptionA MNC manufacuring company based in Verna Location.Job Description :Monitor and maintain the LAN network and ensure its smooth operation.Schedule and monitor regular system and data backups.Ensure key user data is backed up on portable media at least once every month.Install Microsoft updates and antivirus patches on all systems as per companystandards.Monitor Internet and MPLS connectivity and coordinate with service providers in case ofissues.Monitor server performance and perform routine housekeeping to optimize hardwareperformance.Monitor the ERP database, user credentials,



and perform database housekeeping byclearing temporary files.Maintain software licensing records and ensure compliance.Support maintenance and upgrades of pre-press systems as required.Monitor and coordinate all company telephone connections (Vodafone, Tata, Airtel, etc.).Maintain inventory records of computers, laptops, printers, networking devices, and telecommunication equipment.Install and configure recent and existing computer systems as per IT standards.Provide first-level technical support to users for hardware, software, network, email, and ERP-related issues.Prepare and submit monthly reports on key IT activities.Coordinate with vendors for AMC renewals, repairs, and IT-related services. : Diploma /bachelor's in computers
