Configure Event Rules, Alert Correlation, and Alert Aggregation mechanisms.

Integrate enterprise monitoring tools with Service

Now Event Management.

Implement and maintain Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB solutions.

Automate incident creation and event remediation workflows.

Monitor event processing and improve alert quality and operational efficiency.

Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.

Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, network, and application teams.

Develop integrations using REST APIs, Integration

Hub, and MID Servers.

Support Service

Now upgrades, deployments, and platform enhancements.

Ensure CMDB data quality and service visibility across the organization.

Provide production support and resolve critical issues within SLA timelines.
