Role: Engineering Sales Lead – Strategic Account

Required Technical Skill Set

- ER&D; services sales experience to Enterprise Equipment (Servers, Networks) and Cloud Solutions
- Experience of selling engineering services to companies/ customers .
- Ability to own and drive sales and revenue growth targets

Desired Experience Range: 15+ years

Location of Requirement: Hyderabad/ Bangalore

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have:

- ER&D; / Engineering Services Sales expertise with strong focus on Hybrid Cloud Solution, Compute platforms/ servers, Storage & Network products.
- Proven track record of owning and delivering revenue growth targets in large, complex ER&D; engagements.
- Strong industry relationships with R&D; and Professional Services customers across above product lines




- Experience selling end‑to‑end ER&D; services & Customer Engineering/ Professional Services.
- Ability to build and expand strategic customer relationships and influence large deal decisions.

Good-to-Have:

- Robust consultative selling mindset—shaping customer roadmaps rather than responding to RFPs.
- Solid understanding of one or more of below ER&D; value chains:
- Networks: Protocol stacks, embedded systems, network management, cloud‑native networking, 5G/Edge.
- Semiconductors: Silicon engineering, embedded software, firmware, validation, post‑silicon, and system integration.
- Software Products: Product lifecycle management, platform engineering, cloud/SaaS, Dev Ops, sustenance and modernization.
