We are seeking a motivated Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for candidates with 0-1 years of experience who are eager to learn and grow in the field of technical support.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for clients.
- Document and track customer interactions and issues in the support ticketing system.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of software and hardware products for customers.
- Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and customer satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with customers.
