Job Summary

On behalf of our India-based client in the EdTech Technology sector, we are seeking a React.js Developer to build and maintain enterprise-wide web applications. The role requires strong frontend engineering skills, hands-on experience with React.js and modern Java Script/Type Script practices, and the ability to translate requirements into clean, efficient, reusable code.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand requirement specifications and convert them into software design
- Write efficient, maintainable code in existing and newly developed modules
- Collaborate with cross-functional development teams, including engineering, QA, product, and design stakeholders, to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Communicate with clients and provide regular progress reporting

Required Skills

- Experience developing enterprise-wide web applications using React.js
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on working experience with React.js
- Expertise in React.js,



Java Script/Type Script, and Redux or Context API for state management
- Proficient in frontend technologies including HTML5, CSS3, SASS/SCSS, and responsive design
- Hands-on experience with version control systems such as Git for source code management, branching strategies, and collaborative software development.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as xUnit, Jest, or React Testing Library
- Hands-on experience with modern UI component libraries and styling frameworks, including Material UI, Ant Design, Tailwind CSS, or similar technologies, to build responsive, accessible, and reusable user interfaces.

Good to Have

- Exposure to Dev Ops practices, CI/CD pipelines, and tools like Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub Actions, or Jenkins

AI Experience

- Familiarity with AI coding assistants (e.g., Git Hub Copilot, ChatGPT) to accelerate frontend development is a plus
- Interest in leveraging AI tools for code review, test generation, or UI prototyping

Managerial Experience

- This is an individual contributor role; candidates should demonstrate strong teamwork and the ability to collaborate effectively across development, design, and client-facing teams

Operational Experience





- Experience working within existing codebases and enterprise-grade module structures
- Familiarity with version-controlled, collaborative development workflows
- Exposure to client communication and status reporting as part of delivery cycles

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience designing and developing modern, responsive web applications using React.js.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed team environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Certifications (Preferred, Not Mandatory)

- Any relevant React.js, Java Script, or frontend development certification is a plus
