About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Associate – Consultant Success to strengthen and grow our consultant community. In

this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for senior independent consultants, drive meaningful engagement

initiatives, and collaborate across teams to enhance the overall consultant experience while supporting business

growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Consultant Relationship Management

- Serve as a primary point of contact for senior consultants on the Flexing It platform.
- Conduct regular check-ins to understand consultants availability, expertise, career priorities, and

engagement preferences.

- Gather market intelligence and consultant insights to support research, business development, talent

strategy, and client requirements.

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-quality consultants to strengthen the talent network.

1. Community Engagement

- Design and execute consultant engagement initiatives to build an active and thriving talent community.
- Drive participation through newsletters, webinars, networking events,



surveys, and other engagement

campaigns.

- Capture consultant feedback and work towards continuously improving the consultant experience on the

platform.

1. Cross-functional Collaboration

- Partner closely with the Business Development, Operations, Product, and Marketing teams to support

consultant-related initiatives.

- Share consultant feedback and market insights to improve platform features, processes, and engagement

strategies.

- Support strategic projects focused on consultant acquisition, retention, and community development.

Skills & Experience

- 2+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Prior experience in Recruitment Operations, Consultant Engagement, Customer Success, Talent

Management, or Community Management is preferred.

- Self-starter with a high level of ownership; experience working in a fast-paced startup workplace is a

plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage senior professionals.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
- High level of personal and professional integrity.
