Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system stability and optimize application performance.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
- Experience in managing and troubleshooting server environments, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of system monitoring tools and performance tuning techniques.
- Ability to analyze logs and diagnose complex issues within distributed systems.
- Familiarity with backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
- This position is based at our DDC5E - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
