Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Provide on-site mechanical engineering support for wind turbine manufacturing and assembly operations at the Pune facility.
- Analyze mechanical issues involving components, assemblies and production processes; identify root causes and recommend effective corrective actions.
- Review manufacturing and assembly processes to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, specifications and process requirements.
- Work closely with production and quality teams to improve manufacturability, product quality and reliability.
- Communicate technical findings, recommendations and issue-resolution progress clearly to internal teams, global technical teams, suppliers and customers as required.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering or a related role.
- Robust hands-on problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze mechanical and production issues systematically.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English for cross-functional and customer-facing discussions.
