About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Welcome visitors and maintain a professional front office environment.
2. Answer and manage incoming and outgoing customer calls.
3. Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate project information.
4. Follow up with leads and schedule appointments and site visits.
5. Maintain customer records and update the CRM regularly.
6. Coordinate with the sales team for customer appointments and follow-ups.
7. Handle basic administrative and office coordination tasks.
