Key responsibilities:

1. Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn and other channels
2. Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and DMs
3. Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects
4. Maintain lead data and sales reports
5. Support the sales pipeline and conversion process

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 2 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 25,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,15,000 - 6,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 3,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year

Variable pay: ₹ 15,000 - 50,000 /year
