About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage accounting for Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other e-commerce marketplaces.
2. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly marketplace settlement reconciliations.
3. Reconcile payment gateways, bank statements, COD collections, returns, and refunds.
4. Handle GST, TDS, invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
5. Maintain accounts using Tally Prime and prepare MIS reports.
6. Track marketplace commissions, fees, advertising expenses, and profitability.
7. Coordinate with sales, operations, and warehouse teams for order and inventory reconciliation.
8. Support monthly closing, audits, and statutory compliance.
9. Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) to improve reporting, documentation, and productivity.
