About the job

Key responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to prospective clients using the provided database and lead lists.
2. Introduce the company's digital marketing services and generate interest among potential customers.
3. Qualify leads by understanding the client's business, marketing needs, and decision-making process.
4. Schedule meetings or demo calls for the Business Development team.
5. Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and email as required.
6. Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM or lead management system.
7. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
8. Handle inbound inquiries professionally and convert them into qualified leads.
9. Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients through effective communication.
10. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
11. Update lead status and maintain data hygiene in the CRM.
12. Stay informed about the company's services, industry trends, and competitors to communicate value effectively.
13.



Collect customer feedback and share insights with the sales and marketing teams.
14. Ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversion opportunities.
15. Adhere to company policies, communication standards, and ethical sales practices.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 20,000 /month (only for freshers)
