About the job

We are looking for smart, energetic freshers who want to start their career in recruitment/talent acquisition. This is a learning-focused role where you will be trained in IT & non-IT recruitment by industry professionals. If you are someone who enjoys talking to people, learning current things, and wants long-term career growth, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Screening resumes as per job requirements
2. Calling candidates and understanding their profiles
3. Coordinating interviews with candidates
4. Updating recruitment trackers
5. Supporting senior recruiters in daily hiring activities

What you'll learn

1. End-to-end recruitment process
2. How to source candidates from job portals & LinkedIn
3. How to speak to candidates professionally
4. Understanding IT & Non-IT job roles
5. Interview coordination & follow-ups
6. Recruitment tools and real-time hiring process

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹12,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year
