About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients to understand their domestic staffing requirements.
2. Recommend suitable candidates by matching client needs with available profiles.
3. Coordinate with maids, cooks, nannies, caregivers, and other domestic staff regarding job opportunities, interviews, and joining formalities.
4. Share shortlisted profiles with clients and schedule interviews, trials, and placements.
5. Build a strong pipeline of domestic staff by regularly sourcing and engaging candidates.
6. Maintain accurate client and candidate records, follow-ups, and placement updates in Zoho CRM.
7. Follow up with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure timely closures.
8. Resolve basic client and candidate queries while ensuring a smooth hiring and onboarding experience.
9. Develop long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
10. Achieve daily calling, follow-up, and placement targets while maintaining high service quality.
