About the job

We are looking for a relationship manager with experience in partner/client management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with our partners, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, addressing their concerns, and helping them succeed on the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and act as their primary point of contact.
2. Manage partner onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement.
3. Resolve partner queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
4. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure partner satisfaction and retention.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to address escalations and improve partner experience.
6. Monitor partner performance and share actionable insights for growth.
7. Drive partner engagement initiatives and ensure adherence to platform policies and processes.
8. Gather feedback from partners and work closely with relevant teams to improve products, processes, and overall experience.
