Actuate Technologies is looking for a skilled and passionate Design Engineer with experience in Fabrication, Special Purpose Machines (SPM), and Conveyor Systems. The ideal candidate should be capable of designing cutting-edge mechanical solutions while ensuring manufacturability and project efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Fabrication, SPM, and Conveyor System projects using Autodesk Inventor.
- Prepare detailed 3D models, manufacturing drawings, assembly drawings, and BOM (Bill of Materials).
- Design sheet metal, fabricated structures, and machine assemblies.
- Coordinate with the production and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Modify and improve existing designs based on project requirements.
- Ensure designs comply with quality standards and engineering best practices.
- Support installation and troubleshooting whenever required.
Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in Fabrication, SPM, or Conveyor System design.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Inventor.
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, sheet metal, and fabrication.
- Ability to read and prepare engineering drawings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
